KONA TOWNHOME RENTAL FAQ

What facilities does the townhome have?
The townhouse is a fully furnished 2-bedroom unit, 2 full baths, fully equipped kitchen, TV, DVD player, CD Player, wireless internet, air conditioned living room and a lanai.

Is there a phone available in the townhome?
Yes, and there is no charge for phone calls to the U.S. and Canada.

What is the check-in and check-out times?
Check in - 3:00 P.M
Check-out - 11:00 A.M

Is a deposit required?
A deposit of $200.00 is required. Upon receipt of deposit a confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.

Your reservation will be held for 15 days after confirmation has been given. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

What's our cancellation policy?
If the cancellation is made prior to the 60 days before the scheduled arrival a refund will be issued which is the deposit value minus $20.00.

Please note: If cancellation is made within the 60 day period there is a 4-day charge.
