Reservation Details

A deposit of $200.00 is required. Upon receipt of deposit a confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail.

Your reservation will be held for 15 days after confirmation has been given. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If the cancellation is made prior to the 60 days before the scheduled arrival a refund will be issued which is the deposit value minus $20.00. Please note: If cancellation is made within the 60 day period there is a 4-day charge.

Note:

- All prices quoted in U.S. dollars.
- There is a one-time charge of $130 for cleaning the unit after checkout .
